Neighbourhood Plan

The Submission Fernwood Neighbourhood Plan went to referendum on the 28th September 2017 and was successful with 295 voting in favour and 48 against. As a result the Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the Development Plan and can be used in the determination of planning applications within the Neighbourhood Area. Newark and Sherwood District Council's Full Council meeting on 10th October 2017 confirmed the result of the referendum and its inclusion of the Development Plan.
