Fernwood Parish Council has been awarded the Local Council Award Scheme Foundation Award recognising that the council achieves good practices in governance and goes above and beyond its legal obligations.

Our organisation already meets most of the criteria for the next award, called the Quality Award and we aim to apply for this this year as outlined in the council’s Action Plan for 2023/24.
